Coordinates the services of our Self-Sufficiency Job Centers in six counties and oversees the Goodwill Employment Program in eight of the Orange County Neighborhood Centers for Families. Must have experience with placement techniques for persons with barriers to employment. Must have experience with clients with special needs and knowledge of the communities we are serving. Must have at least two years of successful supervisory experience. Must have excellent communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Good computer skills are also necessary. Under the supervision of the Salvage Supervisor. Run baler machine, drive tow motor, dock work and salvage work. Forklift certified, will train, needs to be dependable. Mon-Sun. Flexible hours.

CDL Class A License and Doubles Endorsement (T).  Must be able to operate a tractor trailer and 16 ft. straight truck in a safe manner.  Transport product from warehouse to designated areas, load and unload truck.  Minimum of two to three years experience driving preferred.  DOT physical.
