Will market the new Job Center in the surrounding area and instruct clients on job search techniques and prepare resumes for clients. Will promote collaborations with area social services and employers. Should have extensive knowledge of the geographic area and its business community, as well as social service organizations. Assist Program Manager in monitoring students, completing monthly reports, clerical operations, instruction and assistance and enforcing codes of conduct. 1-2 years experience working with at-risk youth and families. Teach employability classes to various populations in need. Assist in running the Kissimmee SSC and marketing its services. Assist clients with their employment searches. Must have experience assisting disadvantaged populations with job placement needs. Teaching/instructional experience helpful. Must be able to speak Spanish fluently for the SSC site and have good customer service skills. Provide employment services to residents in the Oak Ridge community at the Oak Ridge Neighborhood Center. Career counseling and case management skills are required. Control inventory flow, meet production schedules, schedule staff, and meet revenue goals.  Supervise all aspects of transporting donated goods and other materials to and from all collection points to designated sites.  Supervise and coordinate the operation and use of docks and warehouse to ensure maximum efficiency within the system of operations.  Must have valid driver's license and good driving record, and a CDL Class A is preferred. 

Under the supervision of the Transportation Manager. Run baler machine, drive tow motor, dock work and salvage work. Forklift certified, will train, needs to be dependable.
