Welcome aboard! Below are the keys to a successful first day:

• Arrive at 1PM
• DAY ONE will be from 1-4PM, so please prepare accordingly

A successful first day includes:

• A guided tour of your Goodwill location
• Direct contact information provided by your Team Lead
• Receiving Goodwill badge number
• Your schedule for the week
• Activation in Paycom, GICF’s HR employee portal

Where to Go: Please report directly to the Goodwill store location you interviewed at. Ask for your team lead or the manager who you will be reporting to for your next steps after arriving.

Dress for Success: Our GICF dress code for hourly team members is to wear a black shirt, khaki or black pants or jeans (no rips or holes), and closed-toe, closed-heel shoes.

Must have: Two (2) forms of valid government issued IDs. Click here if you have any questions.
